Integrated with Primary Care
Behavioral Health
Mental health is health. We treat it that way — alongside your medical care, not in a separate silo.
A whole-person approach to mental health
Anxiety, depression, stress, sleep, and substance use don't live in a different body from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or weight management. We treat them as one system — because that's how they actually work.
Our behavioral health services are delivered in partnership with your primary care provider. No separate referral maze, no fragmented records, no repeating your story. A warm handoff from your PCP to a behavioral health clinician happens inside the same practice, often in the same visit.
What we address
Common reasons patients come to our behavioral health team.
Anxiety
Generalized anxiety, panic, health anxiety, and the everyday kind that interferes with work and relationships.
Depression
Screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing medication management in coordination with your PCP.
Stress & burnout
Chronic work, caregiver, or life stress — and the physical symptoms that come with it.
Sleep
Insomnia, sleep hygiene, and the sleep-mood connection. Often the first thing we address.
Behavioral change
The "I know what to do, I just don't do it" gap. Nutrition, exercise, medication adherence, substance use.
Chronic disease coping
Adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing the emotional side of ICR, living well with long-term conditions.
How it works
- 1
Start with your PCP
At a regular primary care visit, mention what's going on. No separate intake required.
- 2
Warm handoff
Your PCP introduces you to our behavioral health clinician — often in the same visit, always within the same practice.
- 3
Integrated care plan
Your behavioral health and medical care share the same record, the same team, and the same goals.
